Duck family(M) (L)
Frog in shallow water(M) (L)
Yesterday, Michael noticed a duck and her family of ducklings in the pond near the office. The ducklings nearly met a tragic end when they fell through the grate over the drainage pipe from the big pond (basically the story told by this trio of photos. n.b. I did not take that photo), but were rescued by Matt and the grate was blocked off to stop it from happening again.

Today, I took a bunch of photos of the ducklings and also a great photo of a frog. We counted 13 ducklings. I didn't know that ducks had that many young at a time!
