More progress toward 1.0

More testing is needed before a 1.0 release, but the major change -- switching to EMC's parser -- is done. I put together plenty of test cases with arcs and helixes and AXIS gets them all right. I will test more. Jeff is away from the project for a while, but I might roll out a release without him. I would probably call it beta2.
