1.0b2 coming up

Sometime between now and Christmas, look for a new release of axis. Here are most of the improvements that will be in that version:

• feed override limit comes from inifile

• uses real rs274 parser instead of homebrew (got rid of separate validate)

• scripts installed in emc's plat bin directory (not /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin)

• improved coordinate display (machine/relative, actual/commanded)

This release will also be labeled beta. Unfortunately, the number of items in TODO seems to still be growing.
